The High Pastry Court may grant Guest of Honour status where an individual has:
- Achieved something worthy of exceptional recognition
- Made a notable contribution to the interests of the Club
- Been invited for a significant ceremonial occasion
- Otherwise demonstrated circumstances warranting temporary distinction
Guest of Honour status is exceptional rather than routine.
The Court may specify:
- The meeting at which attendance is permitted
- The occasion being recognised
- Any conditions attached to attendance
- Whether the honour is recorded permanently
