A Guest of Honour may attend the meeting for which their exception has been granted.
Unless expressly determined otherwise by the High Pastry Court, a Guest of Honour:
- Does not become a permanent member
- Does not receive automatic Pastry Points
- Does not participate in membership votes
- Does not acquire constitutional offices
- Does not receive automatic entitlement to future meetings
They may, however, enjoy the full ceremonial dignity appropriate to their status.
